Our Costa Rica Medium is a smooth, balanced medium roast that brings out the natural sweetness of high-grown, micro-lot beans from Alajuela. Grown in rich volcanic loam and processed using eco-pulping and sun drying methods, this cup features crisp notes of sweet apple, sun-dried raisin, and golden honey. Elegant, bright, and clean, perfect for slow sipping and warm mornings.
