Grown in the high-altitude clay soils of Marcala by over 1,500 grower-members of Café Organics Marcala, this blend showcases the complexity of Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica varieties. Fully washed and sun-dried, it delivers a smooth, medium-dark body with a naturally sweet finish.
