Our Nicaragua Medium is a smooth, aromatic medium roast with elegant notes of cocoa, floral blossoms, and crisp citrus. Grown in the fertile highlands of Molino Norte, Matagalpa by dedicated smallholder farmers, this coffee is crafted from Yellow & Red Catuai, Catimor, and Parainema varieties. Fully washed, fermented for 12–14 hours, and dried on patios and raised beds, it delivers a clean cup with vibrant acidity and a silky body.
